Bug reports

If you have problems running MoleBox or your moleboxed app works different then the original one, please make sure you are using the last released version of Molebox. If your problem repeats, please contact support@molebox.com. Please include full description of your problem — provide as much information as possible: place of error, sequence of your actions, etc. Sometimes we'll need a sample app which reproduces the error you encountered.

If you're sending us an application sample, please pack it into a .zip or .rar archive rather then sending an exe file.

Privacy protection

If you're sending us your application, we offer you to protect it with our PGP signature, which assures that nobody else can get your data. To save our key to your computer, click on the link below (the key will be opened in Internet Explorer), choose "File / Save As..." command form IE menu and save the file to your hard drive as a text file. After that you need to import this key into your mailing program, and you'll be able to protect the data you send us.
